Post subject: recycle bin

I emptied my recycle bin by selecting each item. Now when
I delete something it no longer goes to the recycle bin
and yet I haven't changed the rule.??

right click on recycle bin and click properties. check the size of your recycle bin and see if the option donot move files to recyclebin, remove file immediately is unchecked. you can do this for each drive or set glabal value.
