if anyone has got picsdk.dll on their system can they email it to me please.
it's an Epson file that is usually found in Windows\System32 folder.

Nice, another request to violate the copyright on a file. That's always a
nice request ... Please send me an illegal copy of a file you have legally,
maybe because I'm to lazy to go find a legal copy, and/or because I was
careless and lost my copy. If the copyright on the file in question prevents
such distribution, you just asked someone to assist you in the theft of
intellectual property.

it's part of the Epson R800 driver suite that for some strange reason won't
install on my pc when I install the drivers.

I see that you have been fighting this for a least a week now, have you
tried installing the drivers while in "safe mode"?
I have had more that one program that wouldn't install, but installed just
fine in safe mode.
