I have got 1 GB of RAM on my laptop and running XP professional. Why is the maximum size of the pagefile (virtual memory) only 4096 MB. How do we increase it?? Also, if we are running a huge program, does the minimum allocated matters??. I guess it just have to expand the paging size every time it goes over the minimum allocated..right??

Thanks,

Yogesh
