Post subject: importing movies
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>video (more info?)

When I attempt to import a mpeg-2 file I get the following error , any
suggestions

Documents\My Videos\video-8.mpg could not be imported. An interface has too
many methods to fire events from.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

Use a third party video editing software such as WinDVD Creator or
PowerDirector. WindowsMovieMaker does not like editing MPEG2 files.
