I'm getting this error whenever click on icons. Not able to go to folders
without going thru programs. Cant explore or browse

At this time I dont have internet access. I do have Norton systemworks so I ran that. It showed 373 adware threats and it cleared up 370. I cant get to the other 3 by searching for file. Any suggestions would help.
