Can anybody tell me why when the train revs up/down, the sound skips/jumps.

It is only when either the train is passing the camera or the train revs
up/down, the sound of the train jumps. Why is this?

Is it my computer? I have a Dell Dimension 9100 with Intel P4 3.0 GHz HT
technology.
