| I noticed that my task bar mysteriously changed its location and is being
displayed vertically at the far right side of the screen instead of
horizontally at the bottom. How do I get it to go back to horizontal at the
bottom of the screen again?

Drag and drop. Put your cursor on an unused spot on the task bar. Press your
left mouse button and move the cursor to the bottom. Then release the mouse
button.
