Just follow the instructions on the site. It couldn't be simpler. You will
NOT lose all the emails in Outlook - but just to be on the safe side, make
a copy of your pst file first (with Outlook closed).

Sorry, I forgot - it doesn't do email, it only does calendar, Tasks and
notes.

the ONLY way to get emails back onto the web server would be to re-send them
to yourself.....
