reloading machine

IMO that neighbor should have never touched her machine let alone reformat it. Any
time it comes down to a reformat, Always backup all important data, Always make sure
you have the Win install disk/s and Always make sure you have the Product Key.

My suggestion would be to check with the manufacturer and see if you could get
replacement disks, although my suspicions think that may not happen, doesn't hurt to
try.

If you were able to get one of your disks to load then you would need the PK for
that disk, and your mother would have to have the COA for her machine if that disk
was used to install on another machine that it is still installed on. It would be an
illegal system if it is installed on more than one machine and there is only one COA.

If you can not find her disks or COA then you're next and only option I believe is
to purchase a disk.

Be 100% of what you are purchasing. Make sure it contains the Disk, COA and Product
Key.
