Can anyone help or tell me where to go for help. I lost my
Fmedia.exe file when removing an internet system, now I
can't use the internet from my home computer until I
replace the file or replace the computer. Second problem
is even tougher. I have lost the password for my desktop
security. My latest suggestion is that I contact
\support.microsoft.com; but I haven't seen a way to send a
message to the group set up to receive such matters. Any
suggestions? My hard drive is 30% damaged and I need to
make some adjustments before replacing the disk.
thank ypu.
