Cannot install NT 4.0 drivers for LJ400N

Hi, we have a 2003 Active Directory Domain with mostly Xp and W2K clients and a few NT 4.0 clients. On a NT 4.0 box I am unable to install any of the HP privided drivers for a printer on the network (HP LJ400N). On the server I have the same issue trying to install the drivers for 'a different operating system' (option). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
