Hi,

I got the same problem. I've found this error on 5 other forums and
tried all their suggestions. I think though with a debugger you can
find the file that has the problem loading and then reload a new copy
of it or a good copy. Either from the windvd install cd or windows
install cd. I have a suspicion that its a dll file.

Here's a link to someone with the same error message but with the
suggestion of the using a debugger.

I hope this helps its the best idea I got. I really wish windows would
do this automically for you. Just reload the files that are corrupt
with changes that have been made to the computer's files so far that
did not hurt the system or cause errors. Maybe someday :)
