I am running an old Win98 PC successfully with a WLAN-adaptor and two WinXP
machines connected to it. Configuration is cable from WLAN adaptor to
Win98-PC, but I tried first a cable based connection. WinXP found it by
itself, and Win98 was very simple.
So why do you insist in your 'laplink'-cable?
