This message suggests that you have an application creating a wininit.ini
file (which will be located in your Windows folder) each time your system
runs and the message you are seeing is displayed whilst the commands
contained in wininit.ini are being executed.

What changes did you make to your system around the time this problem
started? Have you recently installed a "clean up" application of some
sort that claims to clean your temporary files and folders for you each
time your system boots? Look for either a wininit.ini or wininit.bak file
in your windows folder, open using Notepad and copy and paste the contents
into a reply to this message and hopefully someone will be able to
identify what is causing the creation of this file.

Regards,

Please excuse me for usurping SCOHAR's appointment, but since he is 5 months
late may I now ask you about this wininit.sav file that I have just now
found inside my \WINDOWS folder. Is that something that I could erase to
speed up my boot?
