If you get the click immediately you turn on, then it could be a power
supply problem, in which case you don't really need someone who can repair
monitors - anyone who can repair switch-mode power supplies, such as a TV
technician, would be able to check it out for your.
Provided, of course, that the cost of investigating the problem is less than
the cost of replacing it..
