Post subject: Remote Web Workplace

Is there anything that I need to install on the computers so that I can hve
people sign on remotely using teh Remote Web Workplace?
When I connect and sign on, I click on Client Computers. I pick a
computer, and try to connect. I get a message sayiing that it cannot
connet.
I have a mix of W2kpro and XPpro machine.
