The monitor driver is not relevant. The problem is with the video driver.
I don't know any site that can check it for you. You need to identify the
exact make and model of video adapter installed and get the correct drivers
from the manufacturer. There is no single free site that has everything, and
in any case you are best off to get it direct from the manufacturer rather
than from a specialist download site. Be sure to follow their installation
procedures correctly, as some video adapters drivers are very fussy.
