I appreciate the help, Jon. While attempting to set this up, noticed that
extracted file contains a setup file which I'm pretty sure I never clicked.
The Lexmark is operating when used with the XP so I know I installed the
driver for the XP. Shouldn't I run that unzipped setup file in the file I
made on the XP for the 98SE? The 98SE wizard is asking for a disc but I'm
going to provide what it's looking for by directing it through the "Network"
screen on that wizard. But when I see it directs me to Map A Network Drive
and asks for a path, I can give it a letter OK but the path will go only as
far as the main directory that contains the driver. Perhaps that will change
if I click the setup file in the folder on the XP for the 98SE driver. Or
will it simply find what it needs automatically after I run setup?
