Hi All,

We have been using the plotter HP DJ ColorPro CAD 600 dpi.
It let us print raster files like .tiff and .crl (Color Run Length)
without any problems.
It uses PCL 5 language.

Now we need a plotter for A0 sheets so we think about buying
the HP DJ 500 1200*600 dpi.
It uses PCL 3 language.

What is the difference between PCL 5 and PCL 3?
Is it possible that the HP DJ 500 with PCL 3 won't be able
to plot .tiff and .crl files properly?

Regards,
Ewa
