Net Logon service doesn't starts

Hello
times ago, i had a problem that computers couldnt join the domain with an
error message "RPC Server is not available"

i solved that,
i thinnk i thought it by makeing et Logon Service dependent on DNS service.
i just did it but manuplating registry.
as you may know net logon depends by default on Workstation and Server
services.
now by aby restart the net logon sevice fails to start, the event log says
that net logon could not start because of worstation service ( which was
failed to start )
but when chec workstation i see it is started.

i think the workstation service restarts one or two time ( in boot time )
and therefore the Net Logon service stop too, i change the properties of Net
logon so in order to any Failures in starting the service, the Net Logon
restarts, that doesn't solve the problem though.

so todays by any restart i should start net logon service manually.

whould you please help me to clear the situation ???

I DID IT
you know i manuplated the dependeny of Net Logon service and found that this
manuplation is not correct
so i deleted al entries on DependOnService key and entered new values of
lanmanserver,lanmanworkstation,dns
of course pay attencion about the dots, they are not usual dot on the
keyboard, their HEX is 00 ...
