Lost the ZOOM-IN/ZOOM-OUT right-clik mouse feature

I've lost the ZOOM-IN/ZOOM-out feature that was on my right click mouse
menu. I've forgotten where I got that feature. I've looked in TweakUI but
it is not there... Can someone remind me which downloadable program included
that feature where I must have gotten it from, or wherever else it can be
found. Thanks.
