Help with adware threat?

| running pretty much unnoticed on my system for a few years now, I'd like
| to get rid of it but I'm not about to reformat the drive just for that.
| Spyaudit from webroot is finding it, but otherwise I haven't noticed it.

You have to use CWshredder to get rid of CoolWWWSearch, as I remember. Do a google search.
