Flash Player Won't Load

When visiting certain websites (disney.com or scifi.com, especially), I
consistently get the message that Flash Player is not current. But when I
load it, the page still won't run. This only happens for some users on this
computer.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player numerous times, and
have deleted all of the temporary internet objects in the cache. It's been
horribly frustrating. Can anyone help?
