I have just answered this question in General, and you only mentioned a 20
GB drive there.

Upon Inspection I find my ME is using over 10 Gig and my XP is using 7.8
of a 8.3 so I figure I will need a 40 gig setup for two 20GB
Partiotions. First I have to find a 20GB to backup my ME to then I can
transfer the ME to the New drive then set up XP with Dual Booting.
TIA
Bob
