I have a windows 2000 pro system running as a server for an application one
of my clients is running... POS and inventory conrol software.
They are having some "issues" according to their onsite guy... not sure what
the issue(s) are but..
the software support firm says it is not their problem but they say the log
files are full of this:

The server {E1AB9B9A-A0C4-11D0-9038-0060B0291538} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout

Any idea what this could lead us to and how to fix it?

Search the registry for the GUID {E1AB9B9A-A0C4-11D0-9038-0060B0291538}
That will help you identify the culprit/software responsible. That
will help you in your search for an answer.
