Copy user accounts from a NT4 standalone server to a 2000 ..

Hello,
I have to migrate user accounts from an NT4 standalone server to a 2000
server.
To complete this task, I have to:
1 - Save Win NT4 local user accounts (standalone server) somewhere
2 - Format the NT4 standalone server (it is NOT a PDC or BDC)
3 - Install a Win 2000 Serveur without AD (client procedure) on the machine
4 - Import user accounts on Win 2000 server
I can use my laptop.
Any suggestions or ideas ?
