xp media center crash

Post subject: xp media center crash

hi,
I'm using a notebook with an xp sp2 media center 2002 edition, it worked
perfectly before, but after a month or so, the media center application
crashes as it starts and keeps sending an error report online. The laptop
still works, but im just wonderig why my media center application crashes?

How do i get support for this? thnx.

Look at the Event Viewer.

Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer>Media Center

Here you look for the error log.

By the way are all the drivers uodated?

Hi, this happened to me too. Am new at this. How do I know , where do i go to
see what drivers are installed and how do i know which ones to use for media
center? Thanks!
