xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows

I bought a xbox wireless controller for windows to play games on my PC. After
installing I found out that the controller and logitech headset do not work
together (both usb devices). I want to use the controller and the headset, so
how to solve this problem?

Is the issue with the controller or with the headset?
