Post subject: windows media organizing content Get Alert

I used to organize my music by putting all english songs in Shared music\English\Artist name>
In the Tools>options>library>
I checked
*rename music files using rip music setting
*rearrange music in rip music folder using rip music settings
Then I added information to all my mp3 music. The problem here is that
Some of the music files have been organized into the
music\Artist name>
but others are still in the old folder
music\English\Artist Name>

WHy is it so?
Since I have added all information to all my music files shouldn't they all be organized in music\artist name> folder?
or is there something else that has organized the files?
