I got the update icon for windows defender. Did the download, validation,
etc. At the end, a screen came up saying I had lost my connection & the
update may not have been completed (although I did not lose my connection).
Now I can't find the program anywhere. I have XP Pro SP 2.
Got any idea where it went & how can I get it back?

If you don't see it in your Start menu (all programs), try reinstalling it.
