Hi

I used a software to stop certain windows from popping up when I used my
Webmail but it didn't work.

But I have managed to screw up my system which now refuses to play videos on
You Tube etc.

I have reconfigured the default settings on Internet Explorer but this
hasn't helped.

Any ideas what the software might have done to stop me watching videos and
how to get back to normal?

Thanks

Dave Neve

Maybe it would help to do a System Restore
to a time before you made the changes.

What didn't work?

Were you able to do the System Restore?
If not...try it in Safe Mode.
