This is a really annoying problem. I try to watch videos on my browser and
sometimes use flash programs on websites and it seems to always show the big
"Q?" symbol. It started about a month ago before I updated quicktime. I have
tried these things to no avail:

1. Update quicktime.
2. Reinstall and repair files. (As the Apple website troubleshooting guide
instructed me to)
3.I am using Firefox as my browser. I have gone to Tools-> Options->
Downloads-> View and Edit Actions, and played around with changing default
players and such.
4. Probably other things that I don't remember right now. Smile

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!!!

Quicktime, firefox,& apple, non of these are microsoft software, how do you
expect it all to configure with WMP....You should/might try running only one
player at a time,if you run WMP only,reopen options,file types,select
all,edit
other tabs as needed.Make sure that in WMP you have the box checked
"connect to internet".
