Is it possible to use a video file as a moving wallpaper?

As per the subject, I have some video files -- of my grandchildren if you
were thinking something else -- that I'd love to have as wallpaper. Is
there any way to implement this in WinXP (Pro)?

Nvidia does have a utility called NVDVD that will allow u to watch dvds on
ur desktop, not sure if this helps u but it maybe an option. Let me know if
this helped Smile
