Thanks for answering my question. I try what you suggest; I think I got into
this mess because I had a hard disk crash with my original dell notebook.
Lost restore partition and had a compter repair shop re-load windows xp and
drivers without any cds for restore. The repair shop load I believe created
a User account. My backups had my adminstation account name. I think . I
can't remember but I think I created my superisor account using this user
account that was created by the repair shop. Then I think I deleted this user
account . And for some reason download files using temp directories failed .
I think this is effecting the guest account
