I am trying to install a Logitech Quick Cam Communicate STX on my desktp. Whe I install the software, I get the message tha I need KSTVTUNE.ax and USBAUDIO.SYS. I have tried putting my windows disc in and it still does not find the files. There was one message that I needed KSUSER.dll. Can anyone help me with this problem?
My OS is Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition, Service Pack 2, Pentium Intel 4A, 2000, 2g, Ram.

HELP PLEASE!

IK

Hi IK,

You can't simply stick in the XP Cd and expect the system to find the
files, you need to tell the Installer where the \i386 sub-folder is located
on the CD Disk. It works, but you need to pay attention to the Windows on
the screen.
