Post subject: unwanted Icon on Desktop

I keep getting a Icon titled custom appearing on my desktop. I delete it and
it goes to the recyle bin. But the next day the Icon reappears on my desktop.
Amy ideas how to prevent this Icon from appearing on my desktop?

You probably have some malware on your machine. You either
need to get rid of it, or else hide this "Icon" via Windows Explorer.
