Post subject: system restore / screen saver virus Get Alert

i can not get my f10 to work at all and i have a virus or something that will
not let me access windows xp at all. I get some sort of screen saver that
says this computer has been deactivated please contact (Dave) never herd of
this person before and also to enter password to reactivate any ideas what
this is and how to fix i can not get to desk top at all.
