help please....my prixma v5000 laptop linked to my sony desktop pc with remote access to my canon ip4200 printer wired to desktop has been connecting and printing for 6 months....now for some reason the laptop will not connect to printer and when I go to control panel then printers and faxes on my laptop the canon is still there but says unable to connect...when I right click on icon then select properties the only thing that comes up is a message that says print spooler service is not running, I have done a restart on the spool service and that didn't help...any ideas out there? >> Stay informed about: Print spooler service not running
