Hope someone can help me out here, I have no sound my system crashed an
when it came back up it went back to factory default. I have checked
all that i can an did the help an support thing from microsoft that is
on the computer an it says no device found. When I go into the audio
part the bar is you might say to mute almost but it will not allow me
to adjust volume, an I sure do not know what to touch an what not to
touch. Thanks Diane
