I have xp home windows 2002 OS with firefox 2.0.0.2 and IE 7. I mostly
use firefox with embedded IE, however lately everytime I click on
(whatever!) TAKES FOREVER to load a page and sometimes it never
closes even when I try to reload. End up closing browser! Any
suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Carol:

When something like that happens the first thing to suspect is malware.
You need to do a thorough - and I mean thorough - scan for malware and
remove everything - and I mean everything - that you find.
