Post subject: services.msc just about everything disabled

i solved my one problem of the plug/play which was disabled. now i can't get
an internet connection, norton is not working and a bunch of other stuff is
disabled. i tried to enable or make automatic but because i have to start
the computer in vga mode the screen is to big to click okay.

please help this is so frustrating

The Tab key changes the focus to the OK button or checkbox you want, The
Spacebar selects what you want, and the Enter is then like a click.
