I am trying to download pictures to an antique appraisal site. When I click
on their browse icon to get to the pictures on my pc I get a "blip" sound
and "page error" message. I've had this happen on other sites when I try to
access something.
Is it a security setting that does not allow me to do this? If so, how do I
reset it so I can get access?
Thanks for any help.

You haven't sent enough information for anyone else to help. What OS, IE
version, etc. Also need to know the web pages causing this problem.
