restrict internet access on XP

Hi all

This is quite a urgent request that i need to provide a solution for. At
some of our sites we have 1 win xp machine with a adsl line (broadband) with
provide internet. everyone on that pc log on using the same username and
password as there are apps that they all use. My question is, is there some
application that i can install on the machine that can regulate internet
browsing where you need to put in username and password to go to the net or
anything that i can do to track internet usage on the pc as it is getting
out of control.
