Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

Users are able to login to domain and after opening an App (Word, Dreamweaver
etc) they can begin the SAVE AS process and use that window to navigate the
network to other pc's and gain access to those pc's. I have already removed
the My Network Places icon through GPO and would like to restrict this
activity through GPO as well
Suggestions?

Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on all NICs and they won't be able to do any
browsing at all.
