I like the look of windows when I have the desktop hidden. The only problem
is I can not change the background unless it is a picture from the internet.
How do I change it using a picture from my computer.

Control Panel > Display > Desktop tab > Use the Browse button to find a
picture on your computer.

You'll get best results with a picture that matches the dimensions of
your monitor. For example, if your monitor is set at 1,024 X 768 pixels,
you'll get the best results by using a picture of the same size.

I can change the picture on the desktop but that picture only shows up if
the desktop is showing as soon as I hide it it reverts back to the background
off the internet
