Post subject: audio tuning wizard cant launch Get Alert
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>messenger (more info?)

Whenever I try to open a video chat, a pop-up window reads "We can't launch
the audio tuning wizard at this time". I have a Creative webcam which works
fine on yahoo messenger. I have a direct internet connection so there is no
firewall. How can I get this to work?
