My windows xp stopped working,
all of my important docs are in a file Documents and Settings/Master T
I installed windows on a new hard drive,
I turned my old hard drive into an external hard drive hoping I can save my
documents.
How do I acceess my user account Master T? I get the message "Access Denied"
there is no way to enter my password.

Take ownership of the files and copy them to your current user account.
Then once you are sure you have everything, you can format the old drive
and use it for backup, more storage, etc.
