Post subject: Windows has experienced a problem and needs to close Get Alert

Hello guru's. I have an issue with my Win XP. I keep getting a dialog box that pops up and is down right annoying. "Windows has experienced a problem and needs to close" etc. The files it shows as being faulted are explorer.exe and winhttp.dll. I have done a windows repair, have all of the latest updates and am free of viruses to the best of my knowledge. I have also run a registry repair utility but still yielding the same results. The following is my hijack this log, is there something I'm missing?
