Post subject: "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close"
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

I use Azerus to dowload large files, and just recently everytime I try
and access my Azerus shared file where are completed files go, I
recieve this error message : windows has encountered a problem and
needs to close.

Now I've tried a few things such as;

Run AVG Spyware- Nothing Detected
Run AVG Virus- Nothing Detected
Run SpyDoctor- Infections found, but didn't help my situation
Run KillBox- Each time it reaches a paticular file, the error message
pops up and closes the programs down.

I have also tried running these programs in Safe Mode. Still nothing
happens!

This is the information I recieve when the error message pops up:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00031c6b

Sometimes under ModName it says: unknown

Also DrWatson Debugger error comes up and this is the info I get:
EventType : BEX P1 : drwtsn32.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.0 P3 :
3b7d84a2
P4 : dbghelp.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 4110969a P7 :
0001295d
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000

I do not know what else to do. If someone has a lot of expierence with
this kind of matter please help!!!
