I am running XP SP2 and am not able to sign into Windows Live or either my
Hotmail account or MSN email accounts. I have a message to download folders
but when I try I get the following error:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (rkmag3) account. Sorry, we
were unable to sign you in to Windows Live ID at this time. Please try again
later.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820
Also I get an Error code: 80048820 and a Extended error code: 80048416 when
trying to sign into Windows Live Messenger.
I am running Kapersky Internet Security Suite 7.0.1.321.
I get the same errors even when I disable KIS.
I am also in contact with Kapersky but have got no response yet.
Do you have any solutions?

Greetings Rob,

You may want to check the time and date of your computer to verify it is accurate, as that
will cause a problem like what you're describing.

Yes that is one of the first things I did check, it was out of by 2 day's but
has been corrected. I also uninstalled Windows Live and then re-installed it.
This did not change my problem.
I should add that after I made my original post I found a post on the
Windows Live website that explained this problem and that it was being looked
into.
